AFG lays out the full set of management financial statements from the accounts you already keep in Odoo. No trial balance copied into Excel, no figures retyped into Word.

Financial notes with every pack

Notes have a title and a formatted body and print with the statements. Internal notes stay off the printed L1 pack.

Keyword rules auto-map your chart of accounts. Anything unmapped lands in an “Ungrouped / needs review” group, and a popup lets you reassign it.

Lines in sensitive categories can’t be edited directly. Changes go through a wizard that asks for a justification, and every amount change is written to the edit log.

Management-prepared, not an audit

AFG prepares financial statements from the accounting records in Odoo. They are management-prepared statements and are not an independent audit or an auditor’s opinion. Where a statutory audit is required, the audit report must come from your appointed external auditor.

Questions

Does AFG replace my accounting?

No. It reads the accounting you already keep in Odoo.

Do I re-enter balances?

No. Figures come from your posted journals and trial balance.

Can I try it before using my own figures?

Yes. Load sample data fills in demo figures. Clear adjustments resets everything back to the trial balance.

Can it report a group of companies?

Yes. Consolidate companies into one pack or show them side by side as columns.

Is this an external audit opinion?

No. AFG produces management-prepared statements. Any statutory audit opinion must come from an independent auditor.
